Great service, they came the same day and finally eliminated the dreaded toilet noise. Also purchased the necessary parts themselves, taking care of everything from start to finish.
I found Tom through an online search of top NYC plumbers that deal with condos/co-ops and COIs (certificate of insurance). Not only did his staff process that paperwork within half a day, but they kept me updated with next steps and progress. When he came to do the work he was very professional and personable and talked me through what he was doing which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and explained my drain to me which was a triple lever type. He was able to snake my drain so that the water was finally able to go down normally! Recently had a leak in the kitchen that I was worried would require removal of multiple cabinets. Bess (spelling?) and John came by and did a fantastic job. They only removed what was necessary to detect the leak (which did not end up requiring removal of the cabinets!) and everything was replaced when the job was done. Everyone was polite and courteous throughout the job. I felt like the job they did was thorough and price is reasonable for the amount of work that was done. I would definitely recommend and use again!
