During an emergency health incident, Synergy provided grateful and impressive help in securing a nighttime caregiver on very short notice. Communication and follow up were extremely clear and responsive. The aide was caring and helpful. Another client engaged Synergy for Sundays, then daily overnight help as their mother’s needs grew. Staff were very helpful in navigating to find aides that were a good match for personality and needs. The aides landed on have been stellar, caring, and lovely, engaging companions. One reviewer traveled from out of state for a surgical procedure and needed a caregiver to sit with them. The scheduler arranged the sweetest caregiver, and the company is very reasonably priced. In one instance, caregivers turned a run-of-the-mill nursing home experience into a first-class hospital stay, providing compassionate care and nursing support while in hospice. They knew the facility intimately and liaised with admins and staff. Another reviewer contacted Synergy after another agency failed to set up services. One staff member went above and beyond, calling the next day to try to persuade, and was determined to seek the help needed, even when the client was not using the agency. He was successful, and the reviewer greatly appreciates what he did.
