Came to town for business and pleasure. I called at 3pm after we left the airport on a Saturday and asked if they could have my husband’s two suit jackets pressed before they closed. They not only had it done in 30 minutes, they were so kind.

Update:
I asked for wash and fold but they suddenly took 1 of my items for dry cleaning without checking with me. It's a $15 blazer that does not need dry cleaning, I have always washed it in a washing machine. It's $16 for dry cleaning and they only gave me $10 credits back. Hope this doesn't happen again.

A bit pricey compared to other options in the area, but at least my items are not lost.

No complaints about the wash and fold, was done as advertised. What I do have a complaint about was the sneaky way of charging. As you can see, I was charged 16.50 for wash and fold up to 7lbs. When I looked at my credit card statement I was charged $22.20. When asked why, owner said for rush service. I was told to pickup laundry by 5pm next day, I never asked for same day service or rush. Owner said he'll give me discount next time around but was only in NYC for vacation. Check your bill if you ever go. You will be charged different than your receipts.
