Had a great pedicure here. Cute neighborhood place with lots of locals who are clearly regulars. My polish was looking a little streaky, so the owner took over and redid it to make sure it was perfect. Always great to see small business owners who want to make sure all their customers are satisfied. I didn’t feel rushed at all and everyone was very nice.

I got their basic mani-pedi and definitely would return. The atmosphere is calm and very clean. At $75 the basic mani pedi is only slightly more expensive than your average shop in NYC (which makes sense due to the location), but the experience and quality, in my opinion is way better than most salons I've tried at this price range.

Empty salon all afternoon should have been a red flag... I asked for some nail art, and the owner said no problem, $10/nail. When it was clear they didn’t have the skill/experience necessary, i downgraded to asking for just 2 lines to make it easier for everyone. She insisted on still charging the quoted price for a complicated design.Worse still when I went to ask her about the pricing, she literally tried to ignore me and walk away. Terrible customer service. Adding a star since not the technician’s fault.Update: the fully booked nail salons in soho deliver amazing art for $10/nail. This was… not that. It took >10 min to add 2 lines. I’m not sure...read full review
