Needed an office in nyc and found Spaces. The staff was friendly and I had a pleasant stay. The office I had was a decent size. Chairs and desk were comfortable. I would come back to work here for sure. Nice area to hang out in after work too. Plenty of lunch spots around in case you need to step out for lunch.
I came here for a few days to work while visiting NYC. It's a nice, open, airy space. It faces south, so it gets a lot of light. It is also right in the middle of Meatpacking, so there is a lot of places to eat or get a coffee (Starbucks Reserve Roastery is around the corner). There is an open work space as well as private offices, too. I took the open space. WiFi was easy to access and and throughput was solid. Staff were nice and helpful, too.
