My friend had reservation for 7pm. We got there past 8pm. They were so nice and still save our seats for us. The ambiance was beautiful, once you walk in music is playing, the host greets you in a friendly manner. The food was okay for me, chicken needed little more season, mimosa was really good. Everybody gets a prefix menu and everyone can choose what they like. Every one gets their own personal bottle whether it's sangria, mimosa, wine, regular drink your preference. The price was reasonable. The waiter was amazing, his name was Jay. Thanks to Jay and the host which I forgot his name, I will definitely be back.
This place didn't live up to the hype. They moved locations literally last minute, a day before my friend and I were supposed go there. Good thing my friend checked because it was originally a 5 minute walk from her place that then turned into a 35 minute walk, we would've missed our reservation if she didn't check her email last minute and realize the location change. The pricing was good, I will give it that. $50 for a bottle with a meal included is great. And the music was good. But it was way too hot and since we were just a party of 2, we got shoved in a corner. Theres not enough space. We did have a good time but this place is overrated.
I came here with a group of girls for a birthday brunch on a Saturday, and there weren't a lot of other parties inside, which I found odd for a brunch spot in midtown. We made a good time of it though. The coolest thing about this place is that with whichever pre-fixe option you select, you're given a full size bottle of champagne, which you're able to drink, out of a straw. I mean how often can you say that you've drunk an entire bottle of champagne, through a straw?! I elected to go for the surf&turf option. The food wasn't terrible but again it wasn't something that made an impact; it got the job done. It was helpful to have on hand when drinking the champagne. The DJ played some good songs and it definitely got people out of their chairs. By the time we left, the establishment still wasn't full, but we made had a good time overall.
