Despite being new, the flexibility is there and they are receptive to your needs. The classes are meant to challenge you and just by being there is a feat. If you want to challenge yourself but go somewhere you know you’ll keep coming back to, this location is it.
I love solidcore! The workouts are next level. I love coach Jacob and Dustin. They have great energy and are so funny. It’s expensive, wish I could go more often- that’s my only critique.
Probably the best solidcore location I’ve been to! The staff go above and beyond to provide the best experience. Kate at the front desk was SO nice and friendly. Katherine (the instructor) was the best solidcore instructor I’ve ever had. Knew everyone’s names, cued each movement so well and clear, I wasn’t lost ever. I will definitely be back!
