I had a lot of questions but Jayla was so kind and knowledgeable about all of them. She was so courteous and reassured me about everything. Genuinely a great interaction and makes me want to come to location more.

Not the best location but decent to say the least.I don't know what it is but there's something about the indoors that make it seem like it's an older, less expensive gym. Maybe it's the lighting and the structure of the indoors. But other than that, the people at the front could also be a little bit friendlier. They didn't even acknowledge or smile or anything while i was coming in. Not that i'm important or anything but you would think that at least one person out of 3 would at least say hi or nod in acknowledgement or something when you're checking in to communicate that i'm indeed checked in instead of just talking to each other... But also, i was actually surprised...read full review

Gym is great. Staff is great, facilities are great. Only thing that sucks about this place is the hours. It is in downtown NYC right across the stock market. However they close at 8 pm on Fridays and do not open until 9 AM on Saturdays and Sundays and close at 6PM? Atleast open earlier on weekends.
