Some members have noted that water shutdowns due to construction outside the building can be inconvenient for those using the shower and sauna. I usually work out here at least 1x/wk. I typically visit during the off hours, but I like that it’s never too crowded. A little dated and lacking some basic equipment (e.g., no seated leg press, just an angled). My main issue with this gym…the women’s locker room is the most poorly maintained of all the Equinox locations frequented. Even during non peak hours the towels are overflowing, there’s often hair all on walls / used razors left in the showers, no toilet paper in some of the stalls. I’ve been a member at Wall St for 5+ years, on and off with travel, and I always make my way back because Casey Kelley and the team are hands down the best. I’ve had all-access memberships and been to a lot of different clubs, but the Wall St location separates itself.
The professionalism, consistency, and overall atmosphere the staff creates are unmatched. You can tell they genuinely care about the members and take pride in what they do every day. Casey has built an incredible team, and honestly every single person there deserves recognition for the standard they set. Other clubs could learn a lot from the culture and experience this team provides.
