Robin is by far THE BEST brow artist I've ever went to in the twenty years I've been waxing. She's very thoughtful about every wax and pluck and my brows have never looked better. She's very pleasant and warm and her prices are reasonable. She makes the transaction easy by accepting payment and tip on a credit card too. Her space is a hidden gem behind an antique shop in downtown New London. Parking is never a problem. I strongly recommend her services!!

First appt with Robin today and I have to say that she is a breath of fresh air!!!! I've been trying to find someone to do my eyebrows for years and New London finally has someone!!! I'll def be going back!!!

Thank goodness for Yelp! My eyebrows needed saving. I have a feeling coming to Robin and only Robin, on a regular basis I will get my brows back to what I want them to be.. full.. not butchered. There are not many options around this area, so I highly suggest spending the extra $10 or so for someone who actually cares to take their time, has talent, and skill with eyebrows. She filled in my eyebrows after waxing them to show me what I could do temporarily, while they grow back in. 5 stars for service, friendliness, & cleanliness
