Excellent service. He called an hour in advance to let me know he would be late. Arrived exactly on schedule and estimated that it would take 30 minutes to complete the service. And lo and behold, he was done after 30 minutes.
I'm delighted I chose Michael and will gladly employ him again if necessary because of the overall outstanding quality of maintenance that was carried out throughout him restoring the key for me.
My front door needed a new lock. David was timely in his response and arranged for the lock to be installed as soon as feasible. David was courteous, professional, and efficient, and he got the job done quickly. I was quite satisfied with the service.
