Lorraine was extremely patient and kind with my hair. She relaxed, did a silk press, and a haircut. She made the whole process a seamless experience. I’ve had so many bad experiences with salons especially with my hair type. But this is as far-most the best experience I’ve had. I walked out feeling confident with my new look and received so many compliments on my hair. Anyone who’s in NYC looking for a hair stylist I would highly recommend Lorraine.

Lorraine is so sweet, attentive, punctual and precise. She is the prefect stylist. She was able to squeeze me in for a press last minute and she was able to work quickly and efficiently leaving me with healthy, perfectly styled hair.
