The salon was so clean and organized. The salon owner asked me a lot of questions to understand what I was seeking. I was visiting from Detroit, MI for a wedding. She gave me an incredible wash, blowout, and updo. I felt fabulous and touched up the curls for a few days to keep the cute updo style going.

I've had the pleasure of Shinobu cutting and coloring my hair for about 5 years now and if the day ever arrives that I am faced with leaving NYC she will be very hard to replace. Shinobu is an extremely gifted artist who not only listens but delivers every single time. Considerate, kind, professional, knowledgeable...the list goes on. Thank you, Shinobu for making me leave Salon Orchard feeling amazing and confident, every single time!

Went here on a whim to get my hair cut and SO glad i did!!! Jax was so amazing and knew what cut would look best. We chatted and laughed and it was all around a good vibe. Will def be going back!
