THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF . THE OWNER ANNA DID WHAT SHE WANTED . I WENT IN THERE LITERALLY AKING FOR A SPECIFIC HAIR COLOR - I EXPRESSED THE LAST 3 PLACES IVE GONE TOO WAS NOT PLEASANT AND THE AMOUNT OF MONEY i ALREADY SPENT . I TOLD HER WHAT I WANTED AND ASKED FOR HONESTY UP FRONT. SHE DECIDED TO DO A COLOR "SHE" THOUGHT ID LIKE - AND WHEN I TOLD HER I DIDNT LIKE IT - TO DO THE COLOR I WANTED -SHE DECIDED TO SAY SHE WILL CHARGE ME MORE - ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!!FIRST OF ALL DONT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT ASKING FIRST SECONDLY HOW IS THAT MY FAULT ? Always a great salon with very skilled professional stylists. Temperature checks were done and the clients were limited to allow for a safe environment to achieve our beauty needs. Nelly is phenomenal with understanding the hair by sight and touch. She has excelled in her art more and more in the 12 years I have left my hair in her care. Unmatched service and body care with reasonable prices.

Have gone to Nelly many times now, have left more than pleased every single cut. She's very talented, thoughtful and careful as well as brings good ideas, great conversation and a comfy chair. Highly recommend her as well as Annabelle Salon.
