Rosy Shoe Repair does an excellent job with shoe and bag repairs. She quickly makes old shoes look new again and handles repairs for both soles and leather. Customers are pleased with the quality work at a decent price. She also restores bags, adding new leather straps and polishing, leaving them looking like new. The service is fast and reliable.
I’ve been going to Rosy’s for years. I’ve had rubber soles put on multiple pairs of shoes and boots, not only to help with grip but also to keep its longevity. They offer vibram soles which are higher quality. They even placed red soles to reinforce my Louboutin loafers. I’ve had belts adjusted there as well. The service is efficient and quality is top notch.
I had the best experience at Rosy Shoe Repair. The lady and gentleman who work there were very friendly and disclosed the two options I had for the stain on my leather sneakers: (1) buy a leather shampoo for $10 and clean it myself, or (2) pay them $35 to use leather shampoo on both sneakers to get the stain out. Because they are the experts, I left the shoes with them. I dropped them off on a Monday and they guaranteed them for Friday. I walked in on Thursday morning and they were ready early! I am so happy with the result. These two are very friendly, helpful, and fair. I will be back for future shoe repair needs.
I love rosy! They do exceptional work. We give them all of our expensive English and Italian shoes and we wouldn't trust anyone else with them. We travel from the upper east side to give them our shoes because we wouldn't go anywhere else!
