Phil is a Wonderfull man always very helpful and kind, a very nice Russian couple who is very good at what they do and proud of it, reasonably priced considering being on the upper east side and the competition, I don't know what these other reviews are saying but they are nothing but skilled and kind. 10/10! Phil's shoe repair is amazing there service and care is unmatched. Phil is the best at what he does and I've been coming to him for years, only person I trust to handle my shoes and clothing.
I can't say enough about this place! I work at a clothing store and we always have shoes needing repair. I brought a pair of boots to be fixed last week and in 4 days they had them looking brand new.
