Ilka is a very talented hair stylist - her balayage coloring and cuts are nuanced and provide a lot of dimension. Despite my black hair, lightening it to a light brown required no bleach and minimal damage! She gives the best recommendations in terms of length and color that best suit my face and skin tone. She’s wonderful at explaining the process, and a joy to chat with. She’s detail oriented and my hair comes out perfect. I get so many compliments!

I've had my haircut and colored by Ilka for over ~6 years. Due to covid and working remote, I had not see her as frequently as I would have liked, so when I finally returned I left with a fully refreshed haircut and color; a wonderful reminder of how amazing Ilka has been for my hair. If anyone is looking for a stylist who genuinely cares about you, and also the health of your hair you should book Ilka. As someone with bangs, I highly recommend her.
