Karen K. is an excellent massage therapist -- made my shoulders and neck feel much better, and offered good advice for self-care. The facility is pleasant, without a lot of silliness (tinkling bells, etc.). Fair prices. I feel lucky to have found Karen and hope to see her again.

I visited Remedy Spa yesterday for the first time and it was amazing. A hidden oasis in the basement of a brownstone on West 82nd - who knew? I was greeted warmly by Alyssa and with no wait at all, Marcie escorted me into a comfy treatment room.Marcie is incredible. She is intuitive, knows the body, and gets to all the right spots just the right amount. I am an athlete… so my body is tight all over. Marcie loosened me up and I was really able to relax. I’ll go back for sure ! She used heat, vapors, and other added treats to make the massage even more special.

I highly recommend Steven. He is highly skilled with addressing my sports injuries and areas of on-going tension. I find his manner thoughtful and relaxing. I look forward to my massages and always feel better after. He is a gem.
