I came across a review about Annie a while ago and saved it because I was curious to experience the service for myself. I finally had the opportunity to book after getting some time away from work, and honestly, I’m glad I did.
The booking process was straightforward, although she is quite strict about appointments and payment arrangements. She was clear about her policies from the beginning, which I actually appreciated because there was no confusion about what to expect.
I arrived a little late, but she was already there waiting. Annie is friendly, professional, and has a very confident personality. The overall experience was relaxing and memorable, and I understand now why people recommend her.
I won’t go into personal details, but if you’re considering booking with her, read the instructions carefully, respect her policies, and make your appointment ahead of time. Definitely worth the visit.
I have been using this place for at least 10 years now so I obviously have a reason to return again and again. While I would agree with most about atmosphere from the 80's and would not necessarily bring your 10 girlfriends here for a spa day, it is nevertheless a perfect place for your deep cleansing special or for a half a day spa package time for yourself. The staff is very professional and always focused on getting the job done right rather than sticking to the time limit. I trusted them with my facials through my pregnancies and before and after skin changes. If you want to keep your skin clean-this is your place!
I went to Day Spa Gata for the first time yesterday and was thoroughly satisfied with the service I got. I usually dread the experience, but Suzanne was very professional and did an exceptional and relatively pain-free job on my bikini wax. We had a brief consultation, and I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. The price was right and despite someone else's review saying the staff was cold, I found Suzanne to be friendly and polite. I highly recommend this place for waxing.
