Tyson the owner is really nice. Julie the technician is very professional and does an amazing job on your nails. They have brand new chairs. It's definitely worth pampering yourself here.

Had Nails done today and the girl "Wendy" was fast and efficient. She was very experienced and did a great job. The spa was very hygienic and charming. I would highly recommend Wendy and will definitely see her again. And the prices are very reasonable.

I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I have been going to Queen Jane on 23 street for about 10 years for gel manicures and find the atmosphere friendly, quiet and calm. I get gel manicures because my nails are naturally very weak and need gel to look good and have a manicure last more than 3 days. Since going to Queen Jane, I often get unsolicited comments from friends that my nails always look good. I find their prices reasonable, and as the manicure lasts 3 weeks, it is well worth it.
