Got a great haircut today. Did exactly what I wanted. And so fast! Lisa is the best hair cutter at this location. I always get a good cut from her with my short hair. She has great instincts for what looks right and she has 20 years experience cutting hair. A bit hit or miss with other people here, but Lisa is always good!

Quick, quality, nicely priced haircuts. I can’t go elsewhere since discovering QB House.Maybe not the best if you have high demands but amazing for me with often wavy hair. Just be sure bring a photo of what you want.

I've come to the downtown location several times now. Most of the barbers at this location take the time to understand what it is that you want and make sure to do an amazing job. I'll gladly pay what they ask and tip them well.There's one guy, whose name I don't know, that kind of ruins it. He rushes through the job and is super rough. It's nice being in and out; but it's not so great having a choppy haircut that I have to fix at home or come back after two weeks to have it redone.
