This was my first time getting a haircut at this salon. JOE greeted me and he is a very experienced barber who can provide the best advice immediately. It perfectly met my needs. Thank you, Joe. He is truly worthy of trust.

I can’t talk too much bad things about this place since I’ve been coming here for a while now. Cuts are decent but most importantly it’s more hygienic compared to other shops and has helped my scalp. They clean their tools with UV sanitation devices. All staff are super nice and professional EXCEPT, the tall Asian guy seems pretty unprofessional asking for a tip… “how would u like to tip? Oh it’s usually 7-8 dollars” seems I was not the only one who experienced this. You should not ask for a tip, I will tip based on how I thought the service was. Little to say, I did not give him his amount he asked for. Please change your ways tall Asian guy in the front.

Subtracting a star because it was hard to find unless you're familiar with New York. To find this place, go to the 8th Avenue /Columbus Circle subway. Location's at the front of the mall area by the elevator leading to station. Take the escalator down to the subway then veer right towards the Underground market.
The wait was practically non-existent and the my stylist, Hiromi, was courteous and professional. I showed her what style I was thinking, and she made an excellent suggestion to go a little shorter on the account that it's summer. Thank goodness she made this suggestion, as it is hot and humid at the time of writing.
