I had the best OBGYN experience of my life with Dr. Pollitz. She was super nice and made me feel comfortable, and was also extremely knowledgeable and had lots of good suggestions. I'll definitely be back next time I need an OBGYN for any reason!
I've been visiting this facility(Madison Avene)for long time.However, the customer service has recentlydeteriorated.I've been anticipating my testresults for quite some time.I've called several times and have yet toreceive a call or an email.THIS COULD BEAN emergency, but they never contacted me. This is for my other doctor's records and for me.But They are simply negligentwith their patients
I really think this office does a good job. The check in process is always smooth, they have sparkling waters if you’re thirsty, you don’t wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seen and they do communicate when needed/do follow up care. Came here after a nightmare experience elsewhere and have seen 2 different providers both of which were great.
