Polaris Hair is amazing! I have spent a lot of time living in Paris and was unsure of where to go in NYC, but PHS is my absolute new go-to!

Nao did a wonderful job on making my hair look much healthier and she knew what would be best suited for me! Nao is extremely personable and she was very kind and welcoming. I got an angled trim and light bangs and it looks incredible!

Stefan gives incredible hair massages when washing your hair, too!

The kindness and comfort in PHS is absolutely unmatched! I recommend everyone visit the salon. The colors of the salon also provide a very comforting ambience

I was super impressed with PHS! My normal hairstylist, Mary, works from various different salons and this was my first time here. Everyone working was extremely attentive, remembered my name and called me by name when they needed me to move spots or asked me questions. They consistently made sure I was good on refreshments and was comfortable. Stefan washed my hair and did my blowout and he was also amazing. The hair was giving diva!! PHS also definitely curated a vibe with all of their decor. Even the bathroom matches the aesthetic of the salon! This was a super pleasant experience where everyone went above and beyond— I loved it!

I have been seeing Osamu for 16 years and absolutely love him and his staff! I always leave with a beautiful cut and style! He is so attentive to detail and makes a conscious effort to remember your last cut and style. A talent he is! Thank you Polaris and Osamu!
