I walked in and Nelly was talking with another stylist. I asked who was a curly hair specialist and she said they all were. I read about Nelly, the owner, and decided to go with her. She was so easy to talk with and she did exactly what I wanted. I wanted just a trim to give my top more volume and that's what she did. It was not too short and so reasonable. It's a neighborhood salon and much more affordable than the curly hair place I am used to going to. But it was one of the best cuts I have gotten. A dry cut and I didn't need a shampoo. I enjoyed talking with Nelly and will go back in the spring. I recommend Nelly completely.
Couldnt recommend this place more! Shoutout to Oscar who was able to squeeze me in for a wash, cut, and style. He handled it so efficiently and professionally and it was probably one of the best haircuts of my life! No joke! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he was awesome, will definitely be my new go to spot! Honestly, I dread cutting my hair and always leave it to until the last minute but it was such a great and swift experience. I went after work when I was feeling tired but this haircut was so good it lifted my spirits! Thank you again Oscar for the great service and cut, feeling this confident is priceless 🫶🏼
