This is a difficult review to write. I am a very friendly, kind person and I also always leave very big tips. In 40+ years of having manicures and gel nails all across the country, I have never before encountered such rude, unfriendly nail techs! While my nail tech, who I prefer not to name, does a great job, she is consistently extremely rude. I am almost in disbelief that she continues to act this way to me, for literally no reason! And oddly, I have found this to be true of every staff member there, including the male manager. Very little English is spoken or understood by anyone on staff, which makes communication extremely difficult, yet there seems to be zero desire...read full review
Chloe provided a great manicure. She spent a lot of time cleaning up my cuticles which were a mess and meticulously did my polish. She was very careful and kind. It has been four days since I had my nails done and I think the polish will still look good for at least another week. Price was reasonable since I paid in cash.

This place is fine. I had used to go here, but the service was not nice and the prices were not that great. I ended up trying escape nail spa around the corner on 55th and 6th which was MUCH better and cheaper and owned by the kindest people.
