If you want your clothes ruined and to be charged extra for it, this is the perfect place. “$25-$35 by Friday.” Turned into a ruined suit jacket that cost me $50 and was delivered a week late after I pestered them. Won’t go back and if you want to save yourself a headache and some money, you shouldn’t either.

I have given this business about $500/month in dry cleaning for several months; this bad decision on my part is now over. First they lost a sweater and accepted no responsibility for the item; said they never had it in the first place. Now, instead of dry cleaning a beautiful wool jacket, they washed it in the washing machine, sending it back to me in doll-size with no phone call or acknowledgement. The work is not done on site and I believe there must be a central place full of untrained and uncaring workers; the folks in the shop are happy to create cover stories but no service improvement is possible when no one cares about anything but lying to cover mistakes. I dropped some tuxedo pants off to get hemmed before a wedding. Turnaround was 3 days, they may have been able to do rush service but I didn't ask. Price was $15 which is pretty typical for the area. The hemming job looked great and I was very happy with the service.
