I brought in an expensive cashmere sweater that had two moth holes. They did an AMAZING repair job!!!! Even though I knew exactly where the holes had been, after the repair I literally could not find the holes or see the repair. They also did a beautiful job cleaning the sweater. It is so soft and beautiful — like a brand-new sweater!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve been using them for dry cleaning, alterations and minored repairs (especially moth holes) for 14 years. Initially I liked them because they do a great job on whites (charge a little more too, but get them clean). We had a huge moth problem for a couple of years, and they were terrific about giving me a flat fee for multiples, instead of their usual practice of charging for each one. That saved several cashmere sweaters that would have been way to expensive to fix. I’m shocked to see so many negatives. Satisfied customers need to speak up!
