My dad was referred from an ophthalmologist (in Fishkill, NY) to Drs Rosen and Lee in NYC for an emergency procedure. They got my dad in the same day for the procedure and navigated many comorbidities to ensure his surgery went well. Dr. Lee (Retina Center fellow) was so unbelievably kind and understanding of the nuances of dealing with elderly folks (especially, it would seem, people of color/ Asian backgrounds) and had a level of sensitivity and empathy for patient and loved ones alike, that was so crucial to the successful outcome of this emergency. We are so grateful to have been in Dr. Lee's attentive care and wish him a long and successful career. Thank you NY Eye and Ear!
