My son is a patient of the allergy clinic here. His provider is only on site on Tuesdays but that works well for us. I love her bedside manner and how well all staff treats me and my son. Everyone is so friendly and nice, super informative as well. The clinic is clean and at a prime location very close to the train so it's easy to get to from the Bronx.

Upon walking into the establishment 4L for my annual mammo. Walked in and the gentleman Michael Robles at the front desk was looking at me like I had 7 heads. No greeting no hello. No welcome. So I said Hello. He then said hello. I'm like usually when one enters a place the front desk greets them - he stated I said hello - I said no you didn't - cause if he did - he said it so no one could hear. It was probably due to me more than likely being one of the last appointments for the day. But not quite the greeting I was expecting. So had a 4:45 appt and had to make someone aware that I was waiting at 5:23 in order for me to get inside and change into a gown. The woman who attended to me was very apologetic and thanked me for my patience. She did state that Michael did not let her know I was outside waiting when he stepped in to tell her goodnight. But I was very happy with how Yesela treated me with care and was very attentive and even remembered me from 2023. Nice seeing a familiar friendly face here.

MSH at Union Square is the best hospital in NYC, I've been a patient at MSH for over 5 years, and the service and care that I receive at MSH is outstanding. Much better than NYU. The staff and doctors are complete Professionals. Even the security guards and receptionists are very polite and helpful. MSH is very clean, the different departments are highly organized. And most important thing is the doctors at MSH are very caring, understanding, and very professional. And I have an excellent cardiologist, Dr.Mariam Khandaker she has improved my heart health tremendously. This hospital is A +++++.
