Update to the original review below:
I've been coming to Neet Cleaners for a few years now. While most experiences have been positive, I did have a few negative as well. My jacket was ruined after the dry clean: the color of black trims came out light brown (?!) and the trims were so stretched that the jacket looked like a 100 years old... I had it dry cleaned at a different place before and didn't have any issues. Extremely upsetting given the price Neet Cleaners is charging is on the higher end.

I have been using this shop for over three years and find them very reliable and responsible. When something is not to my liking, which is rare, they are always willing to try and clean the item again or give me a refund. Try their services!

I got a novelty piece tailored & wasn't initially satisfied. They then went above & beyond to make sure that item was perfect, free of charge. Excellent customer service. I am going to come here regularly & will consider bringing my fur & leather here too if all else goes well.
