I have found that the medical staff is top notch, 5*, but the admin staff can leave a bit to be desired. This is by no means a universal issue; sometimes scheduling is great. Overall, a very positive experience, you will not go wrong choosing Mount Sinai as your hospital.

I recently visited this hospital for a bad sinus infection and had to get surgery for it. I stayed 3 days and everyone was very hospitable and respectful and took very good care of me. From the moment I stepped in the hospital, everyone was so kind and helpful unlike a lot of the other hospitals here in NYC. I would recommend anyone to go here for your health needs. God bless everyone who works here and fight every day to save people’s lives.
