Doctors Wong and Doctor Seaman (anesthesiologist) had exceptional bedside manner, even when I cracked some rough jokes. The nursing team made the whole process quite easy. Staff were very accommodating and understanding, despite my own error in communication. I found the entire process from booking through post-op to be efficient, painless, and clear.
