Carnegie Hill is a very clean and efficiently run facility. The staff are kind and knowledgeable enabling them to help you through your procedure. This was from the front desk, the nurses and anesthesiologist.. Wait time was limited from my initial walk in until I was brought into the surgical room. Dr. George was on time as well. Parking was effortless as you could use the public garage walking distance from CH. However I did need to inquiry about parking, as this information was not disclosed prior to my online registration, nor was the discount you’d receive.

Y'all better be taking the best care of Bridgette. You're very lucky to have such a smart, professional, dedicated, KIND person working for you. When we arrived the place was very busy and she was alone at the front desk. There were many of us, like half a dozen or more, who were at different points of the check-in process. She somehow was dealing with all of us with equal responsiveness, efficiency, and not just politeness but genuine friendliness. She made all the difference in a stressful situation with exhausted people. We come here because it's where the phenomenal Dr. Rubin does procedures, and I'm so grateful. Will recommend to any and all who will listen.
