A short note of appreciation of outstanding service rendered by Luis Satomeyer to both myself and my wife. We purchased approximately $10,000 worth of eye glasses and were impressed with every aspect of Luis's service, from when we were in the store until we received the various pairs sometime later. He was attentive, polite, efficient and represents your store with dignity. I only wish that all employees everywhere displayed the same professional characteristics. I can't say enough good things about Morganthal Frederics. If the following doesn't speak volumes than nothing will: I've been a customer for twelve years. In that time the attention I receive is nothing less than stellar. Both in the store but even on the phone. Morganthal Frederics has moved the associate I first shopped with in 2011, Gina, to a few different locations and I've followed her to the locations because I was so spoiled by my first experience. Brought my sunglasses in because I lost the screw to connect the ear piece. They fixed it perfectly in 2 minutes and sent us on our way free of charge. Very kind people especially hannah
