Martial is hands-down the best hair stylist I've ever had. I made the mistake of going to a barber to get a trim at the back and sides. My previous haircut by Losi several months prior was excellent and I was still happy with how it looked at the top and front but didn't want to fork out $300+ for just a trim. Well, the barber totally botched it up, taking too much off, making the top look completely disconnected and leaving texture holes (basically bald spots) at the back. Enter Martial Vivot. The man talked to me for a few minutes about my hair, getting to know more about it (how often do I wash it, do I use a conditioner, etc., etc.). He explained exactly where the issues were and how he will correct them, all the while being extremely courteous and polite. He even handed me my drink (I asked for a sparkling water) and put it back on the counter top despite it being right in front of me. And then he went to work. Watching him reminded me of a surgeon performing an operation, so incredibly precise he was and his face showed nothing but laser-sharp focus (he doesn't talk much during the cut). And slowly but surely, with every stroke of the comb and every cut of the scissors, my hair started to look better and better until all the damage done by the barber was undone and my hair looked fantastic again. Yes, the price may seem exorbitant (because it is), but in this case, it's worth every penny.

I tell Travis that his haircuts are life-changing—he thinks I'm joking, but really I always leave feeling like a movie star. Amazing place to decompress, enjoy incredible service, and get the best haircut in the business. Danielle Castrogiovanni is the most talented barber I know, she's simply the best at what she does.
