I spoke with John, about transporting 3 items from a storage unit in Harlem to East Harlem. The discussion went smoothly, arrangements were made for a van to meet at storage, assist with moving items and take items and mysrlf to appartament. I am hopeful all will go well. Thank you, John.
Paul and his team were great. Paul's responsiveness and prompt availability in a pinch from our first conversation, were very much appreciated. The team arrived 30-min earlier than the quoted window (which I was incredibly grateful for!) and were efficient in their work. The delivery was also very smooth. David and Giovanny were friendly, communicative, and made the process seamless. Nice guys! I will most certainly use their services again if we need moving assistance in the future.
