absolute worst experience with storing, retrieving, and customer service. I had to throw out 30% of my furniture as it was broken and covered with mold. There's no way to call Customer Service. You have to request a call which will be returned within 24 to 48 hours. Otherwise you get a generic reply, probably generated by AI. Upon filing claims with pictures, I was paid a $1 per pound of weight. this is how they get you!! They don't really care to keep your stuff in good condition As it's much cheaper to pay at this rate, then actually invest in a decent facility and the well trained staff . We've just had our Dorm move out completed by Clutter - once again they were great! This is our second year using them for my daughter's dorm move out.
Storage at Clutter was much cheaper than Manhattan mini storage for 9 months and all packing and lifting was done by them. Very happy with their service and smooth communication.

Oliver and Herman were our movers out. Joshua, Josh and Sterling moved us back in. They were professional, strong and cheerful. The five of them worked quickly and did a super job. We live in a five floor walk up so this was a super hard move. I would happily use Clutter again. Thank you for your superb service!!!!
