I have been buying hair from Lugo’s for over 30 years. While living in NJ, Illinois, Florida, California and GA. I have never been disappointed. Quality and service has always been great. As with everything the cost of the product and shipping has increased. But the quality stands the test of time.
I have been using this company for braiding hair mostly since 2013, I have never had a problem. I have used different braiders from when I lived in Chicago to now my last ten years in Houston and I always get the same reaction from the braiders; “this hair is very good quality, soft, and easy to braid with!! It last three or more installs if removed with care and handled properly. Greasy buildup is a NONO; it will become hard and tangle but use the recommended shampoos and it will return like new!!
