I'm not an easy fit as far as lenses go, and Loft has filled more prescriptions for me than I can count. I have the same frames in numerous colors and am branching out. The hardest part of shopping here is the amazing selection and guidance.

I've bought several pairs of eyeglasses here and am never disappointed. The selection is fabulous; in other stores I've often struggled to find one pair that I like and that looks good on me, but here the challenge is to choose among the many pairs I love. My prescription is not a simple one, but they always get it right. The staff are terrific and go above and beyond--making sure I knew I qualified for a post-cataract-surgery Medicare rebate and even filling out all the paperwork. There are many eyewear stores in my neighborhood but I go crosstown because Loft is the best.

They are fantastic at working with you to find frames that meet your expectations and look good on you. Their collection is far greater than one might expect from the size of the store and includes frames not found at other places. They are polite, kind, efficient and simply the best.
