Susan is the best.Some nail techs here as less experienced but you still get good quality for the price - especially in Manhattan. Susan does the most perfect, thin powder dip nails that grow out perfectly. No gaps at the cuticle that pull your hair, no cracking. I go out of my way to go there during slow times to make sure I can request Susan. Overall the salon is very good for the price

This is my fav nail shop in Manhattan! I tried different ones and this is by far my best. The place doesn’t look so fancy, but the service is great. I normally do powder gel for my nails and gel pedicure.

This is definitely a volume business so, your experience is going to depend on who does your nails and how busy they are. You have to know who to make an appointment with (top choices are Yuki or Lili) or else you risk getting a sloppy, slap-dash mani/pedi from someone who could care less. And even when you make an appointment, they rarely run on time and you often still wait 30 minutes.Services: Back massages
