Overall service was okay in that my daughter was able to return to school the next day. But there are some big issues: their pricing/service menu is a badly xeroxed piece of paper which you sign and write your credit card number on. It’s 2023–you need to stream line the process and make pricing more concrete because at the end of the day it feels like the “clinician” is milking for time.Also, I just spoke to an office person about the bill and to request a receipt (!) and she was rude and yelled at me on the phone when I asked how my daughter and I were charged significantly more than another parent and child with a severe infestation. Rose is hands down the best - very patient, professional, gentle, kind, accommodating and super knowledgeable about hair/head/sculp conditions of little humans. Licender's expertise in lice removal is solid, and for me its their team work that makes them even better. You get a sense that all staff members try their best to help every single patient, even when its getting late at night. With that said, they do get very busy and the clinic can get crowded. I would suggest making early appointments and avoid the after-school / after-work crowd. Licenders is an excellent company!! It’s the place to go when you need this service! They accommodated my entire family immediately and stayed with us until we were all taken care of without regard to the late hour. Vida was especially amazing! Her kindness, calm demeanor, comforting knowledge were exactly what was needed. Rose and Margaret were also wonderful. We greatly appreciate all that was done for us!
