I went for a PCR on Friday (to the location on canal and Broadway which I can’t find on Google maps) - they said it was a 48 hour turn around time. It is now Wednesday and I still have no results.
I was promised by the staff that my results would come “no earlier and no later than 48 hours.” Several hours after it had been 48 hours, I emailed customer service since I had been on hold for 2 hours because of not getting my results. They then emailed back saying the time extended to 72 hours. Now, it’s been 80 hours, with still no results. I emailed again and haven’t received a response. Do not come here!
