About Student Health Center - New York University

The NYU Student Health Center provides a range of services including medical care, counseling, health promotion, and pharmacy services. The center is accessible to all matriculated NYU students in degree-granting programs, regardless of their insurance status. Students have reported positive experiences with the staff, describing them as caring, empathetic, and helpful. The health center has been praised for its efficiency in providing necessary medications and referrals to specialists. One student highlighted the excellent care they received from nurses during allergy shot treatments, while another student expressed satisfaction with the virtual care provided by Dr. Wang, who was helpful in navigating the student health insurance system. While some students have had negative experiences, others have found the Student Health Center to be a valuable resource during their time at NYU.

the doctors and nurses are really sweet and amazing, the staff is very rude and inconsiderate, they treat us like we are objects and have zero care.
It's also surprising that for these reviews posted by so many people, all we get is an automated, thank you for your review and no solution to this problem.
