They changed the time of my appointment to a slot 30 minutes earlier without asking if I will be available. When I arrive by the time I scheduled, they say I should reschedule for another slot because I am late.

Bad and all staff here should be changed. I needed a flu shoot, and due to a problem with the train I was late only some minutes then they said you were already rescheduled for next month, no solution only that with no smile.

I went in for an appointment concerning my body and I don’t remember her name but the nurse practitioner told me that I should have further testing done because I might have bladder cancer. 90% of the time this cancer occurs in people above the age of 55. I just feel like medical professionals should not be tossing such a serious disease around like this. Especially given the fact that you don’t know if your patient has anxiety or not but of course you have to do your research first. I understand that I was just being looked after, but that was ridiculous.
