They assigned Suela to take care of my hair needs. She is amazing. Providing education through every step of the process regarding my hair choices and my hair NEEDS. This is very important to me as it created a trust between stylist and client. There was zero up-sell, just honest information on my choices and all the aftercare I need to ensure my hair remains healthy. I was extremely happy with my service. I’ve been going to Ariel for years so naturally I followed her to Kolor Studios. Her customer service is excellent and her color skills are great. I’m a complicated “blonde” and I appreciate how she explains the expectations and pretty much always delivers a better outcome than what I come in expecting.
The salon itself is clean, low key and located conveniently near union square.

My go-to hair salon in the city! Everyone who works here is incredibly nice. I have been coming here for years. Sonia gives the best haircuts and blowouts! She has an incredible attention to detail and gives such thoughtful recommendations. My hair has never been healthier. Franceska is also amazing and always makes sure my hair is clean and refreshed.
