Beautiful salon. Wonderful kind staff. Easy to book my appointment online and they accept walk ins as well. I was seated for a wash and blow dry within 10min of my arrival for my appointment. The entire service from start to finish (INCLUDING THE WASH AND BLOW DRY) took just under 5 hrs. My braider was excellent and so fast! I loved how the manager/owner really checked in on every single client for any braiding preferences, regarding tension, edges, prior/current hair damage etc. And bonus they offered light refreshments and a snack! Highly recommend and will be going back.
Great service and worth the money. Plus for the full body massage chair as a part of the hair wash experience. I also appreciated being able to get hypoallergenic hair! My only thing was with how beautiful and update the shop is - I expected the bathroom to be a bit more updated. It could use some attention but honestly everything else is great.
Penda was awesome! She took her time and did the extra small box braids truly extra small. The salon is gorgeous with great vibes. The time flew by. I'll only go here moving forward!
