I hadn’t really worn makeup since before COVID, and whenever I did try, I felt like I looked pretty dated. I was looking for something easy, light and fresh, but I also really wanted someone to show me how to actually do it myself. And that’s exactly what I got with Jen.

Jen is not only incredibly lovely and pleasant, she is also a really talented makeup artist. We spent about an hour and a half together. She went through the products she recommended, explained what each one did, and then applied the makeup to one side of my face while I copied her on the other side. I have followed Jen's work for a long time but finally went to her this summer to help me prep for speaking engagements. We ended up overhauling my entire makeup bag (which could have fit in a U haul lol) and my routine. I left our first session looking like myself, but better, and 10 years younger! She gave me personalized product recommendations and tips to help me feel confident on camera, on stage, and in real life. Even my husband noticed the glow up! I absolutely loved working with Jen and recommend her to everyone I know.

Jen is incredibly talented! She has done my makeup for both a special occasion and professional headshots, and each time I felt like the best version of myself.

I also had Jen help me evaluate my everyday makeup routine, and it was one of the best investments I’ve made. I had accumulated many products over the years but had no idea which ones actually worked for me or whether I was applying them correctly. Jen went through everything with me, kept the products that suited me, recommended only what I actually needed, and created a personalized routine that finally made sense. She also taught me how to apply my makeup for both everyday wear and special occasions.
