Satori Laser is amazing. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I 99% of the time see Samarra and she treats me super nice, because that’s who she is. Also, she works smoothly and fast. She is very attentive asks if I need my stress balls, makes me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. That is why I am giving this place a 5 star.
I’ve been coming here for a while for laser hair and to me it’s the best quality for the best price in nyc area. The machines are top notch and the technicians are super respectful and give good feedback.
I started at Satori back in July, and it was the best decision I could have ever made. I used to wax for years and I am so glad that I made the move to do laser hair removal. Destiny over at Satori on 14th street has been wonderful and even convinced me to do laser on two other areas which again, was one of the best decisions I could have made. I feel so much more confident and would highly recommend Satori!
