I had an absolutely incredible experience at this salon! As someone who has had keratin treatments before, I can confidently say that this was by far the best experience I've ever had. My visit was made special by the wonderful team of professionals at the salon, including Crystal, Rose, and Jason. Despite a slight language barrier with both Rose and Jason, their kindness and warmth transcended any communication challenges.The hair wash Rose provided came with an amazing head massage that left my scalp feeling cleaner and more refreshed than ever before. Went here after seeing a Groupon deal and they did the keratin initially which sadly didn’t stick to my hair but Crystal, the manager, checked up on me after my appointment and upon seeing pictures immediately asked me to come back in to fix it and this time it is so much better! My hair is so smooth and frizz free. Thank you so much for the amazing service! She even gave me an umbrella because it was raining out and I had forgotten mine( a terrible time i would’ve had otherwise if you have ever gotten a keratin/straightening and know you mustn’t get it wet for 3 days).** I know it’s uneven that’s because my dad cut it at home when it was still curly ? working...read full review
