I did it. I got my head shaved. The barbershop guys were so incredibly compassionate. They offered me booze or a smoke, anything to help. And they wouldn't let me pay. They even loaned me a cute pink baseball cap. I kept my eyes closed and cried the whole time. But it is done. The barbershop owner gave the best hug. His wife survived it twice. There are some everyday angels out there.

I'm a regular and won't go anywhere else but GBB. The entire staff here is professional and cool, and they really LISTEN to what I want. It's a great neighborhood barber shop. Danny makes a killer espresso, too. 💈
