After miserably misreading the flatiron address I finally arrived at the right location about 30 mins late for my appointment, very ready to swallow the fee for missing my reservation.However much to my surprise & delight the front desk attendant confidently set me up in a chair, calmed my nervousness by letting me know they would be doing the mani & pedi at the same AND I would still be able to make my dinner reservation later.I felt like a VIP. 10 stars for the staff of the flatiron GLOSSLAB.
I have never had nail techs actually care about the state of my nail heath until GLOSSLAB. Every single one of them has been amazing and the attention to detail from beginning to end does not compare to any other nail place I’ve been to.
I had a good experience with Fanny my nail tech, I felt the workers I interacted with who actually managed the place answered my questions but seemed a bit cold and rude with their vibe, but other than that I enjoyed the service.
