Fuze House is an infrared-heated studio where mind, body, and soul come together. The studio is cute, pretty, and aesthetic. The classes are a real challenge, offering a great sweat in a heated room. The Pilates-sculpt format keeps muscles shaking the entire time in the best way. Instructors like Elisah offer creative and challenging flows with the best cues and adjustments, making clients feel supported. Clients walk out drenched, glowing, and feeling like a total badass, always leaving feeling strong and looking forward to the next class. However, some first-time visitors reported incredibly unwelcoming energy and a lack of basic guidance from staff. Additionally, there are cleanliness concerns: rental mats are not well sanitized, often smelling like sweaty feet or having an unbearable odor and stains. Clients expect better cleanliness for the price. While the amenities are good, the locker room is a bit small for the number of people in class. Despite these issues, many love the classes and instructors, noting that you cannot go wrong with Elisah’s sculpt classes.
i usually love fuze house but the mic was totally broken this class, i couldn’t hear the instructor the whole time, was in the corner of the room and couldn’t see the instructor so had no idea what moves to follow. in addition, when i needed to leave during the stretch meditation the instructor announced we had 20 seconds to get out, i understand this is a policy but after a class where i couldn’t hear anything, it felt really rude, ive been to 23 classes and now unsure if i will ever go back after such a bad experience
Fuze House is no joke — the heated room makes it extra sweaty, and the Pilates-sculpt format keeps your muscles shaking the entire time (in the best way). I really wanna gatekeep her… but do yourself a favor and go to Elisah. Her flows are so creative and challenging, but she still gives the best cues and adjustments so you feel supported even when you’re questioning your life choices mid-set. You’ll walk out drenched, glowing, and feeling like a total badass.
Studio- Great. The class- Great. It’s a real challenge and you will have a great sweat.

I also was a first timer just yesterday and went in really excited for my experience to also be met with incredibly unwelcoming energy. I too had to let them know I was a first timer visitor for them to provide any guidance at all. And I mean basic things, like directing me to where the locker room was, where I can place my coat and belongings, etc. By far one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had to date.
